  1. I wonder if the MVN will show a pix of Susan being hauled off to the slammer!

  2. The way Susan presents the news the story will
say that she was sent a Police escort to take her
to a private meeting with President Obama.

  3. I guess another relative died. That was her previous story when she failed to appear.

  4. Henderson plays the court like a fiddle. She probably knew she could miss this appearance and get a breather until July 9th. Maybe there'll be a fund raising drive at the Kiwanis? Just to make sure she has bail, should Judge Simpson actually get too fed up with her shenanigans.
Pasta, I heard she called in sick this time.

  5. The phrase "Body Attachment for Ms. Henderson's arrest" might catch the attention of some of her supporters. Even charismatic cons would have a hard time spinning that.

  7. Day, that's an interesting challenge.
How does a grifter rework that phrase?
"I have won in court because the judge is attached to my body."

    ReplyDelete
  8. The attached judge finds my body arresting.

    ReplyDelete
  9. They have attached to my person a special award because of all the volunteer work I've done in the Court Room.

  10. Anon II: I'm not sure that being threatened with arrest and imprisonment quite qualifies as playing the court like a fiddle. Susan definitely has been playing chicken with this judge, and has come out unscathed so far. But this process is ongoing and I can't see her luck holding out forever. The hook is still there, and she has not been let off.

  11. Hope so Bad Karma. It was disappointing that she wasn't arrested for contempt of court before. Remember The Tattler announced the wimphood of the judge.

  12. Nobody is right all the time. Eric Maundry would be the first to admit it.

  13. Probably nothing will happen to her. That is just the way the system works. Chances, chances, chances. But if I were to jaywalk, I would get a ticket the first time. The good get screwed and the bad continue on.

  14. Perhaps Ms. Henderson is finally hitting the wall. After all, you cannot live a life of complete deception and treachery without ever once having to pay the consequences. The judge does not share our contempt for this woman, but if he did, he could not allow that to temper his judgement in this case, so lay off the judge - his job is to apply the law, not his bias. If she does not appear, she will be arrested, without prejudice, for ignoring a court order. And if that does indeed happen, there will be resounding applause in Sierra Madre that one might be able to hear all the way to the Jersey shore.

  15. Hey, 9:33
She has to take all her personal documents and proof of assets to court or she gets arrested.

To Sir Eric and early posters......LOL LOL LOL
    You guys are great!

  17. I saw Katina and Kevin the other day. They were in Arcadia visiting a friend in the hospital.
    They looked WONDERFUL!
I'm so happy they are finally getting some justice for all this horrible woman, Henderson put them through.
I have been to court a couple of times to support Katina and I'm very impressed with her attorney, a young woman name of Laura Farber.
She is a brilliant attorney. Anyone ever needs an attorney (hope you don't) get in touch with Hahn and Hahn and ask for Laura Farber.

  18. Woman Who Gets ItJune 19, 2009 at 10:23 AM

The real issue here is that Susan is a liar and a cheat. An honest and good person and a very talented and ethical Katina Dunn trusted her and they became partners and WHAM! Susan trapper her in her big ugly poisonious web of deceit and King Doylesque world of Power, Lies Lust.........we all know the rest of the lurid details. It is bad enough that women have suffered at the hands of men through the centuries. But, to be deceived and robbed by another woman, who you really believed was a friend and colleague, is a pain only a woman can understand. Winning the court battle is one thing. But, still having Susan penning your creative paper and sucking in other people and convincing women to be a part of that evil is mind boggling, considering all that people know that Susan has done to destroy the truth of what is happening in Sierra Madre. Any one who dares get near Susans paper as a contributor, and/or advertiser has given a clear MESSAGE that they care more about themselves and their wallet and ego than they do OUR TOWN and the TRUTH, they are supporting a CRIMINAL, and they are spitting in the face of the victim, KATINA DUNN. Remember, if it could happen to one woman it could happen to you. Susan will get you because you are not on your toes and you are thinking of yourself. Disrespect is a good friend to many in our town.

  19. Hey Maxie at 5:35 am!

I don't think the MVN will publish a pix of Susan being hauled off to the slammer, but hey, Sir Eric will! LOL

  20. Curly at 6:32! Great post!

This is a great thread, you people are very witty and very clever......but I really like Curly's post......it's so......so......just what she would say to the stupid old Kiwanis.

  21. I would like to see the old bat have to go out and do real community service by a court order.
Something like picking up trash on the highways.
Get her off her duff and doing some REAL community service, something besides pontificating (lying) to the Kiwanis.

    ReplyDelete
  22. What goes around comes around. Let's hope that all that has gone around with her will come around just in time for the election and Susans paper will dissappear so the dirts will have no one to pay to lie for them. Ummph!

    ReplyDelete
  23. That would be wonderful 11:35, but it really matters not if the paper pushes the dirts or not, they always lose anyway, and they will again.
We will have Zimmerman, Watts and our mystery candidate and all three of them will be un-beatable.
The thought of our pontificating councilman Buchanan sitting there with 4 tough men and MaryAnn MacGillivray warms my heart!

  24. correction: 3 tough men and MacGillivray.
I forgot Joe will be defeated. LOL

  25. Thursday July 9th at the Pasadena Court house.
She has to show up with the goods, or she'll be arrested! $5000 bail!
Let's all show up and bring our cameras!

  26. I made the mistake of walking into an Iguanas Club meeting right in the middle of nap time once. They can be cranky bunch when they first wake up.

  27. Yes, 11:59 this is true!
When Susan gave her "seminar" on running a paper, you know the one where she referred to us all as 1959 Mississippians......at least two old men were sound asleep while she was talking!

Mimsy - the two elders you mention showed better sense than anyone listening!

  29. The whole resistance thing has me wondering--if Susan Henderson is so judgment-proof (broke) then why is she struggling so hard to avoid a Judgment Debtor's exam (the reason she was to appear and didn't)? When people really do have nothing, they generally show up and prove it, sometimes even with the challenge--if you can find some money I don't know about, please do so! That is not Susan's response, is it? She's not as forthcoing as those who truly have no assets. Is she afraid that Laurie Farber will figure out her financial house of cards? Or is she afraid the community will find out that she is not only not who she says she is but that she does not have what she says she has?

You're right about that. We had to attend to take notes, otherwise, wouldn't be caught awake or asleep in that dirt den.

    Doc Stacatto:
    Good point. Hmmmmmm

  31. The paper must be of at least some value, right?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Mr. Finewine, I think the paper's income comes chiefly from the legals, and then advertising.

    ReplyDelete
  33. She inherited the legals from Steve Tobia, who, last I heard she hadn't paid him.
Maybe he's in cahoots with her? Who knows?
The disgusting issue is these dirts, especially old wealthy men who write her checks and selfish women who like to see their name in the paper who are supporting this con artist, Henderson.
Susan won't have anything to do with you if you are broke....she only wants to hit vunerable and/or stupid people who have money and will share some with her. Golf trips are expensive.

    ReplyDelete
  34. 1:54 - Right, I'm sure. But what is the paper's value as a business? If Ms. Henderson has some Court debts that need to be paid, or a settlement that needs to be satisfied, certainly the MVO/N could be remaindered for at least some value, correct?

    ReplyDelete
  35. We need a newspaper person to explain to us how that remaindering would work....maybe it would be auctioned off?

Henderson has to come up with around $40,000 for the big judgement, and then won't she have to pay court costs? They better start passing the collection plate at the Kiwanis.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Anybody know just how much money Henderson has to pay?

    ReplyDelete
  37. 2:03, are you sure about that inheritance part?
I thought the paper had to be in business for a year, and then could get legals - in other words, that excellent SM paper that Katina Dunn created would be in print for one year and then have the right to publish legals.

    ReplyDelete
  38. 3:17
You may be right, I'm not sure.
    Anyone know for sure?

  39. What an entertaining read this blog is! Why is it more people don't know about it?

    ReplyDelete
  40. Someone must know. YOu can win in court, but then collecting is another issue. I thought that Susan was above the law. Like TwoJays, and RobEnidTonjaGlenDornPlatz

    ReplyDelete
  41. 3:17 it all goes back to the work and brilliance of Katina Dunn.........we cannot forget her and must all stand together firmly against anyone who defames her symbolically and blantaly. STOP SUSAN!

Why do people allow her standard of behavior to exist? Who said: If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem? Stop sitting so comfortably in your homes, pretending this will all just go away.

    ReplyDelete
  42. When a judgment is entered all personal and real property are subject to a judgment lien. The judgment lien may be satisfied by sheriff's sale on execution. Some or all of the judgment can be "bid" for the property at a sale. You can see how this is going, I think . . .

    ReplyDelete
  43. Hunh. No wonder she doesn't want to show up in
court. She's going to lose the paper.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Susan's shabby behavior is not lost upon her former admirers. She will continue on however pushing her subsidizer's agenda.Once the March vote is counted and they lose...It's Bye Bye Susan---You are no longer needed!

This blog is not only entertaining, it's also very informative, and to Sir Eric, nothing is more important than the truth!
More people are reading this, everyday.
By the end of summer, we'll have a huge readership.
Thanks for your kind remarks. Enjoy, but please also learn. Lots of interesting people post on this blog. You would be surprised.
Be sure and read all posts by the brilliant Doctor Stacatto. The good Doc knows plenty of Sierra Madre's dirty little secrets!

  46. Per City of Sierra Madre's Ad-Hoc Finance Committee report(to ELaine Aguilar)dated 8/9/07
    In the years: City Paid

    FY 02-03

    Vendor:
    Hahn & Hahn LLP $117,698.74

    FY 03-04
    Vendor:
    Hahn & Hahn LLP $172,409.75

Isn't this interesting that this is the law firm that defended Susan Henderson who also has represented the City of Sierra Madre.

The ad hoc Finance committe that was defending the use of so many consultants in this report.
It is important to keep your eyes open to the possible private agendas of some of these committee members in crucial positions especially if there were part of that Old Boy network in the past.

    ReplyDelete
  47. From what I know Susan defended herself and hired no law firm in this case. Where did you hear otherwise?

  48. I'm a new fan of The Tattler. Would someone mind taking a moment to recap the Susan Henserson issue? I know who she is, and I know her "newspaper" but I can't figure out the whole history of people's dislike of her. What started all of this?
    Thanks in advance.
