The Unicorn Extortionist Cops A Plea

A clean shaven Lady Elizabeth
(Mod: As you may know due to our previous posts on the topic, Andrew Cyrus Sullivan, locally known as the "Unicorn Extortionist" due to his relationship with a group of Sierra Madre political operatives working under the collective name of Lady Elizabeth Wistar (link), has pleaded guilty to one charge of "Interstate Communications threat to kidnap/injure." That persons living locally might have seen some kind of advantage in doing business with such a fellow does seem problematic, and you really do have to wonder wonder what they thought they might achieve in doing such a thing. Whatever the case, there has been some blowback and it hasn't quite worked out for them. Below is the notification I recently received from the FBI, and sentencing appears to be taking place this July 8th. For previous Tattler reporting on this matter click here.)

  1. Too bad. It looks like this particular crime is mostly a slap on the wrist and wont involve jail time or maybe even any fine. In fact, it might cost you more to fly to OR than what he'll have to 'pay'. Regardless, you should think about doing so. You're a good speaker and what is essentially cyber assault/bullying needs to be taken more seriously.
Why was it only one count? Were you the only one affected? Is there an opportunity for a civil case given the guilty plea?

    1. Perhaps once he is freed Andrew can come to Sierra Madre and visit his friends. Maybe even go on the Gene Goss radio show?

    2. Good point. I'm sure he is a hero to some people in Sierra Madre.

    4. Maybe he is a sequester parolee. Do you think he'll be free in time to march in our 4th of July parade?

    5. Maybe Andrew could receive the Jim Snider Achievement Award and march just behind the Grand Marshal!

    6. Lady Wistar is down at Kersting Court with a petition defending Sullivan's right to free speech. Apparently the Lady feels that threatening people with bodily harm is protected speech under the Constitution.

    7. Please elaborate, 7:11. How is this crime seen "in proportion".

Thanks Tattler for reporting on this. Glad the jerk is caught - any idea what the punishment will be? And yes, yes, yes, please let us know who in town hired this criminal.

  4. There are people like "Andrew Cyrus Sullivan, known as the "Unicorn Extortionist" that has a relationship with the Sierra Madre political operatives working under the collective name of Lady Elizabeth Wistar."

These deep cover anti-change operative's work at the behest of local power brokers like the ones buried deep in Every cities "City Hall" these are the hatchet men and women who do the black bag stuff for their city hall masters.

From spreading false rumors to actual damaging property and threatening ones life and family member's too. Dictator's don't like nor want to relinquish POWER.

  5. Who in Sierra Madre hired this guy to bully you, Crawford?
Who in Sierra Madre put the "hit" on the homes of the Crawford family and the MacGillivray family, robbed them, the Crawford house during the daytime hours they knew the family was out. The MacGillivray home in the early evening when they knew MaryAnn and Duncan were at the council meeting, and waited until one of the MacGillivray sons left the house, then broke in and robbed it? It's naive to think these robberies were a coincidence.
Who in SIERRA MADRE did this?

    5. Well, your cops do such a bang-up job, what with tracking down child molesters and errant gas station owners. They're so efficient at solving real crime that they have apparently extra time to harass people who park in front of the elementary school and leave their cars! Can hardly wait to see the takedown of Lady Wistar!

  9. Nah. Once everything is wrapped up and done it is all public information. Why in God's name would the Feds want to protect a bunch of small town Wistarian dirtbags?

  12. Why do I suspect that child pornography floats in and out of the odd stuff that surfaces in Sierra Madre. Where there is smoke there is fire and there remains tap dancing all around the issues that infect our town. It may be far more pervasive than one would guess.

  13. When the application process closed at 5 pm today, there were 38 people who have applied for the PUSD board position. Incredible, considering they don't get paid a whole lot of money. Although, I think they do get health benefits.
