Wuo Woe: BehindMLM.com on the Gem Coin USFIA Deal

“I don’t know anything about GemCoin,” says Mr. Wuo (Arcadia Weekly link)

Mod: Behind MLM.com (link), a rather remarkable blog that specializes in exposing internationally run financial scams, has now published two articles exploring USFIA and their GemCoin operation. They are also where the GemCoin / Councilmember John Wuo connection to this currently Arcadia based operation first saw the light of day. Something that the 3 times former Mayor of the Peacock Realm now denies any knowledge of, despite pictures like the one above. And below, for that matter (link). Today I am posting portions of these two articles, with links to the site so that you can finish reading them should you wish. This is quite a story.

Yeah, right.

(Translation: The same day, Mr Arcadia City Hubei Zhi-chao (John Wuo) offered his congratulations, and a short speech, a warm welcome to all the guests visiting the city of Arcadia, at the same time to congratulate America's wealthiest club was established in the city of Arcadia. This makes us all very happy. Guests who wish to attend a lot of cooperation, America's wealthiest club business was flourishing, a higher level.)

  1. America's Wealthiest Club is established in Arcadia. Thank you Mayor Wuo. But why do you now claim you never knew them? Something has gone wrong?

    1. Rumors are they bought the cheapest mine in Dominican Republic, operated it for a month, and closed it.

Feel free to ask people who actually deal with amber for a living. I did. Not that I can verify it, of course.

    2. So it can be assumed that those splendid examples of amber from the YouTube videos did not come from any mine controlled by USFIA?

    3. No one would be able to verify it any way. Supposedly USFIA has an office in Dr that may be buying some amber.

  5. Let's hope so, 8:44. Maybe that will slow the Mansionization of Arcadia, creeping toward Sierra Madre.

  8. No coverage yet on this story from Arcadia's Best. My guess is they're at least partially owned by people who'd prefer this story to just go away.

    3. They also both covered Sierra Madre's own child pornography devotee, Robert W. Matheson.
Still in town as far as I know. Unless he's gone to San Diego like his supporter Joe Mosca.

  11. As everyone is having fun with this, please don't forget Chen is the face/focus of the fraud.

I know this situation can help people in their wishes for Arcadia and the surrounding area, but we all have to remember Mr. Wuo is only a portion of what is unfolding in the story of USFIA and its affiliated companies.

    1. Yes, but from a local perspective this is only one face of the disaster. Chen might be more important to those concerned first with this USFIA, but for those of us fighting to preserve our communities from the highly funded McMansionizers that Wuo serves, it isn't as important. The corruption here runs deep, and has many different faces. I hope you understand. We have a common enemy, but different viewpoints on what is a very big and multifaceted monster.

    2. The only way Mr Wuo can be held fully accountable for his involvement is to go after Mr. Chen. If you focus on Wuo, he serves the purpose of being a large enough distraction to allow Chen to get away and destroy most of the evidence, if not all of it.

Don't play into their game, play around it. These guys are professional scammers who know the laws and know how to protect themselves and their buddies long term.

Don't think something similar has happened before? Google up Mayor Mary Su and wcm777. Where is she today?

    3. After watching your city council meeting I have to admit I was wrong. Wuo is a total Douche bag of epic proportions.

The powers that be will handle the ponzi. 120 days is too much time to give him and his two homeys.

Keep up the pressure and fight him with all you got. Keep his involvement in the ponzi in the press. Expose his donor and expense reports. Find out about his ties to World Capital Market. Expose his golden apple website and blatant selling of his influence (hint: way back machine) research the golf course and Lake Elsinore properties.

Save your town before he destroys it and leaves with his pockets full of more developer cash.
