Jim Bakker: ‘Time-Traveling Demon’ Implanted Christine Blasey Ford With False Memories

Mod: I am surprised some of the Trump supporters who comment on this blog haven't been pushing this interesting theory more. It seems right up their alley.

Jim Bakker: ‘Time-Traveling Demon’ Implanted Christine Blasey Ford With False Memories (The Business Standard News link): Televangelist Jim Bakker has weighed in on the Senate hearings for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. And of course, he has a crackpot theory for it.

“After I watched the hearings, I had a dream and in that dream the Lord took me back to the party where Ford claimed she was raped,” said Bakker. “God showed me that a demonic spirit entered her at that time and created this false memory. And that demon is still working within her. The Devil knew that Brett Kavanaugh was destined for great things and wanted to take him down in the future.”

In spite of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s harrowing testimony, many conservatives refuse to believe her.

Wingnut Josh Bernstein claimed Ford was the aggressor, even though she broke into tears during the hearing and said she was scared to come forward.

Brett Kavanaugh was likely a victim—that’s right, a victim—of Christine Blasey Ford and her Holton Arms sexual culture,” he added. “If anything happened back then, 36 years ago, it’s likely that Miss Ford initiated it and was the aggressor. And if she wasn’t, at the very least, judging by all of the information that we now know about that school, she was a willing and consensual participant.”

Bryan Fischer, a commentator with the American Family Association, said the attacks against Kavanaugh were “spiritual warfare.”

“This is the biggest conflict between good and evil that we have seen in the last year,” Fischer declared. “This is big league spiritual warfare. This is major league spiritual warfare. This is Satan and the demons of hell coming against one man because he stands for what is right and stands for what is true. And all the forces of hell are arranged against him and we, ladies and gentlemen, have to stand in the gap for Brett Kavanaugh.”

In related news, FOX News media minstrel Kevin Jackson was fired after he attacked Ford. Jackson said Ford didn’t have an advanced degree, called her a skank and told her keep her legs closed. He was terminated before the end of the day.

Mod: More Devil's work?

Founder of Tea Party Nation Has Been Disbarred for Trying to Scam Timeshare Owners (General Counsel News link): The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that the founder of Tea Party Nation has been disbarred for trying to swindle timeshare owners into thinking they canceled their timeshares. Tennessee attorney Judson Wheeler Phillips, a senior partner with Nashville-based Castle Law Group and founding member of the conservative Tea Party group, was accused of taking off with the money he earned from the fraudulent transactions, the Tennessee Supreme Court has ruled.

Federal lawsuits were filed against Phillips by Westgate Resorts and Orange Lake Resorts, both based in Orlando, as well as Las Vegas-based Diamond Resorts and Fort Lauderdale-based Berkley Resorts. More than 90 consumer fraud complaints also were filed.

Trump Rips 'Failing' NY Times Over Tax Fraud Bombshell: 'Never Recovered from Bad Election Call!' And now for something completely unexpected…just kidding, President Trump is swiping at The New York Times again. The Times had a major scoop yesterday when they released an extensive review on the Trump family’s financial history. The report suggests the president has engaged in multiple dubious practices over the years to avoid paying taxes while inheriting a colossal part of his fortune from his father’s business empire. The report goes a long way in disputing Trump’s self portrayal as a self-made multibillionaire, and as you can see, he has noticed this with obvious disapproval.

  8. Filing by Trump's Federal Judge Sister Led to NYT Tax-Fraud Expos

The next Trump family reunion might be a bit contentious. The New York Times has revealed that its bombshell story about Donald Trump engaging in “dubious” tax schemes and “outright” fraud to increase his inheritance from his parents’ wealth came about because a filing made by his federal judge sister. Journalist Susanne Craig said she found the disclosure form Maryanne Trump Barry filed as part of her Senate confirmation hearing. It showed a $1 million contribution from an obscure family-owned company: All County Building Supply & Maintenance. “‘What the heck?’” Craig remembered thinking, leading her to talk to people who detailed Fred Trump’s dubious method of moving cash from his companies to his children. The Times describes Maryanne Trump Barry’s filing as a “central finding” of the story.

  9. Trump may have sealed Kavanaughs fate at his rally last night. Trump mocked and called Ford a liar. He then tried to say young men are now the victims. Once again Trump shows just how stupid and ignorant he really is. That was the dumbest thing you could do at this moment. Flake saw that rally and I think he was disgusted by it. I may be wrong, but I think Flake is going to vote no along with Collins and the women from Alaska. I think all three of them have been turned off with the process that is taking place.

    1. Big mouth strikes again.

President Donald Trump's mockery of Christine Blasey Ford sparked an immediate backlash Wednesday among two critical Republican swing votes on the nomination of Supreme Court hopeful Brett Kavanaugh, with Sens. Jeff Flake and Susan Collins pointedly rebuking the President.

Speaking at a campaign rally Tuesday night, Trump cast doubt on Ford's testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee by mocking her for not knowing the answers to questions such as how she had gotten to the high school party where she says Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her, an allegation he has repeatedly denied.
"There's no time and no place for remarks like that. To discuss something this sensitive at a political rally is just not right. It's just not right. I wish he hadn't had done it," Flake told NBC's Savannah Guthrie on "Today," adding, "It's kind of appalling."

Collins, a Republican from Maine, similarly condemned Trump's comments, telling CNN's Manu Raju they "were just plain wrong." She would not say if the remarks would affect her vote.

  14. BREAKING NEWS! BREAKING NEWS! It has been found that Jim Bakker has been snorting and mainlining Claviceps Purpurea for years, and that could be partially responsible for his hallucinogenic perceptions and outbursts (and the fact that independently, he is bat-shit crazy). This (C. Purpurea) is the same fungus that may have been responsible for the the Salem Witch trials. Good thing for Bakker that he is a male, living in another overtly misogynistic age. ALSO BREAKING: the time-traveling demon missed the door going into Dr. Ford's room, and face-planted. Make-up markings left behind strongly suggest the demon is the late Tammy Faye Bakker - a significant coincidence which will be followed up on later today.

    (a) General rule
Except as otherwise provided in this section, the amount of any tax imposed by this title shall be assessed within 3 years after the return was filed....

Only 3 years? (How many out there just breathed a sigh of relief?)

    But wait! There’s more:

    “(c) Exceptions
    (1) False return
In the case of a false or fraudulent return with the intent to evade tax, the tax may be assessed, or a proceeding in court for collection of such tax may be begun without assessment, at any time.
    (2) Willful attempt to evade tax
In case of a willful attempt in any manner to defeat or evade tax imposed by this title (other than tax imposed by subtitle A or B), the tax may be assessed, or a proceeding in court for the collection of such tax may be begun without assessment, at any time.”

    Magic words: at any time.
